The stuff that flows from the faucet, falls from the sky, and lines grocery store shelves in every size and shape you can imagine is NOT my drink of choice. Far from it. But after having a kid, I've learned I can't expect her to make healthy choices if I'm not making healthy choices.
My daughter is a bonafide water drinker. And with the American Academy of Pediatrics recommending milk and water over juice, I figured it was a critical habit to start early.
Soooo.....many, many months ago, I kicked my Diet Cran habit to the curb, and started drinking filtered water, sometimes with a splash of lemon or lime. If I'm craving a little sweetness, I'll add a teeny splash of pomegranate juice.
I've been jonesing for a fruit-infused water bottles, but I'm a little overwhelmed by the seemingly endless choices.
