When I need a little pick-me-up during her nap time, I snack on something with a little girth to tide me over until dinner. Lately, a robust sweet potato fits the bill perfectly. Or, better yet, the Batata. I picked up one of these lovelies at Stop and Shop the other day, and it was around $1.50 for a hefty 'tato. It's brimming with healthy carbs, practically overflowing with Vitamin A , and has a decent amount of fiber - an ideal food for fueling those post-nap energy surges (read: keeping up with newly-energized toddler).
