I find it harder to muster the energy to work out -- even my usual short bursts of exercise peppered throughout the day.
And now, a week after the time change, I still feel a little, er, lacking in my fitness pursuits.
With that in mind, here are three mildly heart-pumping exercises to do when you'd rather curl up with a basket of leftover Easter candy.
Another winning walking workout by Jessica Smith. This one is low-intensity, but with enough oomph to get your metabolism humming a bit.
Also by Jessica Smith -- her Special Ab Kick Box routine. I love this one because it really works the abs. Perfect for those of us who may have nibbled one too many bunnies this past week.
Tracey Mallett is another favorite. This Booty Barre routine is less than 15 minutes but feels like a much lengthier workout. Definitely one of my faves!
